About Danny Fein
I’m Danny Fein.
I’ll help you make the decisions, prepare your documents, and coordinate the signing.

Founder and estate planning lawyer
Danny Fein
My job is to explain what each choice does, prepare the documents, and make sure they say what you decided.
I received my JD from NYU School of Law, where I was awarded a scholarship by the Jacobson Leadership Program in Law & Business. I am admitted to practice law in New York, Utah, and Colorado.
My article, A Defense of Perpetual Trusts, received Third Prize in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Student Writing Competition and was published in the ACTEC Law Journal.
Before law school, I founded Litographs, an e-commerce company that produces licensed literary merchandise. I graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania.
How the relationship works
What happens after we finish the plan?
Once I have delivered the agreed documents, coordinated the signing, and helped you identify the assets that should be connected to the trust, the engagement ends.
Each year I may invite you to consider whether a move, new child, marriage, divorce, major asset change, or change in the people you chose calls for another look. The invitation does not mean that I still represent you. If legal work is needed, we will agree to a new or expanded engagement first.
If something changes later, you can come back to me. I’ll have the plan and the reasons behind it.
