It also describes your choices and rights you may have under applicable laws.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect a range of Personal Information. "Personal Information" means information that uniquely identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you.
- Contact and scheduling information - If you contact us or schedule a call, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, state, appointment details, and the information you choose to include in a message or scheduling form.
- Information you provide while seeking or receiving legal services - This may include information about your family, assets, goals, and other circumstances you choose to discuss or send to us. Submitting information does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
- Payment information - If you become a client and make a payment through a separate payment processor, we may receive transaction details such as the amount, date, and payment status. We do not collect full payment-card numbers through this Site.
- Communications - We may keep the contents of emails, messages, telephone or video calls, documents, and other communications you send us.
- Site usage information - Cloudflare, Google Analytics 4, and our systems may record information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, and interactions with scheduling or phone links.

5. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage and browser information about how you use our Site. We process the information collected through such technologies to help operate certain features of the Site, enhance your experience through personalization, and better understand the features of our Services.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this Site and may process technical request, security, and performance information.
